Eli diet day 14

What I ate today:

Breakfast - Overnight oats with seed mix, banana and blueberries. Green bean soup.

Snack - Apple.

Lunch - Boiled bittergourd, beetroot. Green bean soup.

Snack - 2 pieces of chocolate (save my life). Green bean soup.

Dinner - Salmon steak, bak choy, carrots.

How my skin felt today:

The skin on my face felt very stiff and was drying up throughout the day. Generally my skin felt okay until at night where it got quite itchy and felt more inflamed than usual at my hands and arms. I believe it is the chocolate. Caffeine (coffee) and chocolate are now on my no-no list.

What I applied:
