Eli Diet Day 13

What I ate today:
Breakfast - overnight oats with seed mix, blueberries and banana.
Snack - blueberries, grapes, dates, apple
Lunch - Wakame with onions. Quinoa (cooked in beetroot water which was so good)
Dinner - Yongtaufoo, all vegetables, grapes
How my skin felt today:
Much better than the night before. I conclude that good sleep is essential and try not to eat anything inflammation-inducing and caffeine too close to sleeping time. I managed to catch up on lost sleep. I napped for a good total of 4 hours, but I was so tired! Scratches healing and inflammation on my arms and hands went down which is awesome. I slept quite well at night as well.
