What I ate today:

Breakfast - Green bean soup. A banana.

Lunch - Salad and kale lentil soup from Cedele. Romaine lettuce, herb quinoa (had tofu bits), button mushrooms, sweet potato, beetroot, broccoli and chickpeas, with plum sesame dressing.

Dinner - Cheng tng (without ginko nuts) and ABC juice.

How my skin felt today:

My hands were more inflamed than the day before, with new scratches from the night before. Highly suspect it is due to the lack of sleep from the late night caffeine. Face was very dry as well. Skin didn't feel great at all. Sleep is really so important.

What I applied today:
