Eli diet day 11

What I ate today:

Breakfast - green bean soup. half a sweet potato. Oat milk with seed and coconut mix. half a kiwi.

Lunch - green bean soup. Some dragonfruit. boiled beetroot and bittergourd, with button, enoki and shimeiji mushrooms. A few grapes.

Snack - green bean soup. half an apple, dragonfruit and some grapes (should perhaps more consciously note down my daily sugar intake)

Dinner - Original flower bowl from project acai (handy size). Mocha from fruce (my friend bought it with good intentions, so it's okay! she said it was vegan milk? Did not ask what specifically)

How my skin felt:

Itchier than normal. Also, I think the late night caffeine really kept me up last night and I could only fall asleep at 1am and woke up at 5am. Will catch up on my sleep tonight!
