Eli diet day 10

What I ate today:
Breakfast - Half a sweet potato. Acai bowl with seed mix, green grapes, muesli.

Snack - Apple. One small sweet potato. Muesli.
Lunch - Wakame, enoki, shimeiji mushrooms, onions and garlic (seasoned with salt and pepper as usual). Added a teaspoon of white sesame seeds as garnishing. Quinoa. One sweet potato.

Snack - Grapes. Celery green apple juice. A date.
Dinner - Fish n co's furikake salmon, with sides of fried chinese kale (really oily, way oilier than I expected)
Day 5 on collagen.
How my skin felt today:
Pretty okay, quite dry but other than that it was pretty much the same as the day before. It was a little itchier than normal last night, highly suspect it was the fried food at night and I did eat quite abit of (fruit) sugar during the day

Left arm. Scratches have pretty much healed and scabs have dropped. Still slightly inflamed. Noticed that I am quite tired; the same sort of tired when you're on your first day of period. Yesterday while taking an hour nap I experienced mild sleep paralysis. It was a huge struggle to get up.
