Eli diet day 9

Cycled for 2 hours yesterday so I checked off a good amount of cardio and sweat session.
What I ate:
Breakfast - green bean soup. Banana
Lunch - Ah balling tangyuan (sesame, matcha, red bean) in sweet ginger soup at Golden Mile Food Centre. ABC juice.
Snack - crackers (sodium and preservative loaded what was i thinking?)
Dinner - Boiled bittergourd, button mushrooms, enoki, kelp.
Fourth day on collagen, will do it for a week before I update!
How my skin felt:
It felt slightly itchier than normal at night, perhaps with the food I ate? Dried up around my arm as it was exposed to the sun for a good two hours. I believe that is a good sign of regeneration of skin. The area around my nail of my right index finger has been perpetually weeping, even as I am typing this the next morning. Really stubborn one. Rashes at my thighs occasionally itchy and slightly red, but other than that its manageable at this point. Good news for my face is that the area of inflammation has reduced and the intensity of the redness has subsided too! Hoping it continues healing in this direction and speed!
