Eli diet day 8

What I ate today:

Breakfast - mung bean soup.

Lunch - Makisan, same combination as the previous time! Except I chose chimmichurri sauce and it was soooo spicy. Ayataka. Fresh orange juice.

Snack - Apple. Mung bean soup.

Dinner - Ichiban's salmon miso soup (drank only abit of miso). Chawamushi.

How my skin felt:

During the day time I feel like my skin was feeling its best it has in a really long time. Even my face's inflammation was subsiding alittle. However, towards the night time my legs started getting a little itchy, with red bumps at my thighs. I was sitting with shorts for quite a long time, so that may have caused it. Other than that could it be the food from yesterday and today? Am not sure. Arm does feel smoother, scabs have pretty much fallen off.

What I applied:
