Eli diet day 6

Alright, my plan to water fast completely failed as soon as I woke up. I did go to the gym today for a good sweat session. Ran 5km and did some abs/thighs/butt. However, I may reconsider a water fast because it seems a little extreme. I may consider a juice fast to start, just to ease my digestion a little and allow more energy into healing my skin.

What I ate today:

Breakfast - green bean soup. Dragon fruit.

Snack - more green bean soup. Apple.

Dunch (4pm) - A sweet potato. More green bean soup. Boiled bittergourd, baby corn, enoki, button mushrooms with onions. Herb, tumeric and pepper to spice.

How my skin felt today:

So far the other areas other than my face feels pretty alright, very dry and scabbing. My hands actually felt smoother than it ever has for awhile this morning. That made me happy. A few new scratches but no weeping, nothing too serious. My face however, is exceptionally inflamed today. Was it the tea tree oil, or my excessive sloughing of dry skin while I was showering yesterday, or just how it is supposed to be? Shall try to refrain from excessive rubbing while showering tonight.

In other news, my items from iHerb arrived today! I am so excited! Will be trying out a nightly ACV wellness shot, starting tonight. Have read good reviews on collagen helping with skin repair (which i believe i need to stop these boils from forming!) and for more supple skin. ACV is antimicrobial against food borne bacteria, and has detoxifying effects. Honey also has antimicrobial properties! Will be mixing everything up with half a cup of water. Let's see how this works out! Fingers crossed!

Also ordered acai powder, hemp seeds and a manuka honey salve! Really excited to give them a try! Will keep documenting my project heal eczema experience here.
